Evictions occur only when lease violations are serious and unresolved. The process involves:

- Opportunity to resolve the issue or vacate
- If unresolved, an Unlawful Detainer (eviction court action) will be filed
Evictions can affect credit, rental history, and result in collection agency involvement.
-
Is my online payment information secure?
Yes. Our online payment system is password-protected, encrypted, and securely transmitted. Your personal and banking information is safe with us.
-
Can I retract my sublease request if my plans change?
Yes, but you will be responsible for any advertising costs accrued up to that point. We will provide a breakdown of expenses and adjust accordingly.
-
Do I have to turn in my keys if I’m still paying rent but have moved out?
No, but it is highly recommended. Turning in keys protects you from liability for damages or issues that may occur after you’ve vacated the apartment.

“The leasing agent was really friendly and emanated a feeling of warmth. Even though we were just complete strangers, it felt as if she genuinely cared for us. Whenever we had questions or problems, she solved it in an understanding and professional manner. Paper work that usually took 30 minutes, only felt like 5 minutes.”
