Assistant Property Manager /
Leasing Consultant
You’re the first impression and the key to full occupancy.
Leasing apartments, coordinating tours, responding to resident needs, and ensuring smooth operations. Perfect for organized, customer-focused individuals who can confidently close a sale and maintain detailed records.
Leasing Manager
Lead leasing efforts with strategy, creativity, and hustle.
Full-cycle leasing management including advertising, applicant screening, site operations, and occupancy tracking. Ideal for self-starters with leasing and marketing experience. Previous experience in a similar role a plus!
Maintenance Technician (Levels I-V)
MN & ND Properties
Hands-on, solution-driven, and detail-oriented.
Perform apartment maintenance tasks ranging from painting and drywall to plumbing and minor electrical work. Good computer skills and experience with property management software for work orders are helpful. Positions available for both entry level with some experience and advanced technicians.
Maintenance Supervisor
Lead the team that keeps our properties at their best.
Oversee maintenance teams, track projects, manage expense and labor costs, ensure repair quality, and develop systems that improve property operations. Strong organizational skills and comfortable with industry software preferred. Leadership experience in maintenance operations is essential.
Property Manager
Own the success of your property portfolio.
Manage day-to-day operations, including turns, oversee on-site staff, handle tenant relations, marketing, and financial performance. Ideal for experienced property managers with great people skills who can juggle multiple priorities with precision.
On-Site Caretaker
You keep our properties spotless and welcoming.
Daily inspections, building cleanliness, light maintenance, assisting with turns, and resident relations. We’re seeking individuals or couples who can live on-site and commit to maintaining our superior standards with routine and daily tasks attending to many details that matter at our buildings.
Section 42 Resident Manager Team
MN & ND Properties
Manage affordable housing with care and compliance.
Oversee on-site operations, lease renewals, and Section 42 program compliance. Ideal for on-site teams who thrive in administrative tasks and resident relations.
Maintenance Assistant (Summer)
MN Properties
Great for students or trades-focused individuals seeking summer experience.
Assist maintenance teams with apartment turnovers, painting, light repairs, and general maintenance support. Summer bonus opportunities available.
