Rental House Information

Our goal is to always provide a high level of excellence in the rental market. We would like to extend our rental house to you to be your "HOME." The following information outlines some of the basic responsibilities and expectations when renting with Northern Management.

Home Ownership - When you move into one of Northern Management's homes, you are taking on the responsibilities of caring for your "Home." You need to respect the home as if it were yours, and ensure that the property is properly cared for and treated as if it were, " Your Own." The one item that you do not have is the outrageous costs of repairs that are associated with the home ownership.

Yard Care - Your home must have the grounds properly attended to on a continual basis. There is an addendum that outlines all of the responsibilities associated with the grounds upkeep. This would include lawn mowing, weed whacking, trimming shrubs and trees, pulling weeds and the winter snow removal. We contract with a number of companies and the services could be provided for a "discounted" rate.

Maintenance Services - One of the most beneficial aspects of renting is the ability to call in your maintenance problem and have it corrected with no cost to you. We have a full team of Maintenance Technicians with a Supervisor assigned to your home. All of our service requests are typically handled the day that they are called in.
