At Northern Management, residents are genuinely cared for in all aspects, from maintenance to any neighbor situations. We are sensitive to the needs of our residents and listen to their concerns. Our goal is to establish a strong rapport with our residents so they will enjoy their apartment/home and are provided with the best possible experience. We also work closely with each college and promote academic enrichment.

Leasing Terms:

Jefferson Apartments has both 1 & 2 Bedroom apartments. In the 2 bedrooms, you can choose to find your own roommate and sign a joint lease to reduce your rent or let us find a compatible roommate. We offer a 12-month lease option beginning in August and ending in July. 

Our residents receive a $25 discount when the rent is received on or before the 1st of the month. The chart below lists our discounted monthly rates for the options that are available.
